6.Among the special cases of the delivery
1)Shipping in batches and how you can find details in your account?
It is common case that huge bulk orders can not be post in one parcel. We’ll
divide into several parcels and make the shipment separately.
We will leave every batch’s details in Remark of the order,please check your
account.
If your orders are shipped in several batches, you’ll see “Partial shipment” at
your “Order Status”.
2)What your solutions about short of supply?
The problem is unavoidable, but it is rare happen, if you meet such issue, please refer to three kinds of solutions below:

3)How about the undeliverable package?
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier
returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund (excluding shipping
charges).
4)How to prevent the undeliverable package?

case of any First Failed Delivery Attempts

Refused by Recipient. If a gift recipient is not expecting a gift, they may refuse the package if they believe it was sent to them in error. If you still want to send these items, you may want to let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way.
