Each transaction need to be proved by our bank, we shall contact you by e-mail in case of any extra verification documents needed.
How to submit the extra verification documents ?
Please login your account ,you can submit the extra verification document(including front and back of credit card , authorization document manually ) in there .Once complete the authorized ,our bank will transfer the payment from your account .
Is that safe to supply my card information to you?
Of course we must protect your credit card information in security. Also your credit card company will protect your transaction as well. If you found there are uncertain payout transfering from your credit card,just report to the issuer of your credit card and then they will suspend the money transfered from your card. So please trust us and we sincerely hope to do long term business with you.
Why only accept the the total amount less than USD500 per day?
Due to the adjustment of foreign exchange policy in China which affect the international Credit Card transaction. Considering mutual benefit both seller and buyer ,our bank make a rules about the payment limitation.
I want use my master card for dropship, but your website state that payer must match with recipient, what do I do?
Yes we do state that Payer must match the name of recipients. If you do dropship, pls submit required authorized documents to us as our bank need any proof to verify that you are the real card holder or you are allowed to make this payment by this card.
